When I started to work in the company ADR Engineering I was involved in very specific projects for airport systems.

During the development of the projects, my colleagues and I have faced lots of specific issues and problems to be solved. At the same time, we understood that other Engineers around the world have faced the same problems but few of them had shared the solutions.

Why does people working in airports, which are used to bring people together worldwide in order to improve the communication and share business, not share problems and solutions with people working in other airports around the world?
